You agree that the arbitration shall be conducted in English and Kampala, Uganda. You agree that the arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding, and no appeal shall be allowed. You agree that the arbitrator shall have the power to award any remedy or relief available under the Law, including injunctive or declaratory relief. You agree that you will not participate in any class action, class arbitration, or any other representative or collective proceeding against us.
